In order to treat foods as well as possible, we use the “SousVide” technique food preparation. Fresh meat and vegetables, we season them with the best combinations of dry and fresh spices, we also vacuum according to the food, cook in a water bath for several hours precisely regulated temperature. So each food item retains its originally natural color, juiciness and taste.
